Jeffco’s Make Your Voice Heard (MYVH) survey gives students (grades two through twelve) the opportunity to provide feedback on schools' climate, student-staff relationships, and rigor and relevance. It will be administered online from Monday, Jan. 11 to Friday, Feb 12.
There are two versions of the MYVH survey: Elementary and Secondary. Students will take a survey based on their grade level, not the grade configuration of their school.
Elementary Survey: Grades 2-5
The Elementary version of the survey is for grades 2-5. School staff should read the questions to second graders (see “MYVH Script for Second Grade” for instructions).

For all students: how to access the survey
After selecting the appropriate survey link based on grade level, students will need to log on with their ID and password, which are not case sensitive.
ID: student number - e.g., 1234567
Password: 8-digit birthday in MMDDYYYY format - e.g., 12012010
